Responsibilities:

Crafting the User Experience:
- Write microcopy for interfaces, including labels, buttons, error messages, tooltips, and other user-facing elements.
- Craft clear and concise content for onboarding journeys, in-app instructions, and user guidance.
- Collaborate with designers, UX researchers and developers to ensure text seamlessly integrates with the visual experience.
Staying User-Centric:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and expectations.
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the user experience through writing.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring all users have a positive experience.
Maintaining Brand Consistency:
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all products and platforms.
- Develop and adhere to style guides and content guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure alignment of messaging.

Requirements:

Writing Prowess:
- Excellent writing skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and user-friendliness.
- Ability to tailor writing style to different audiences and contexts.
- Strong grammar and punctuation skills.
User Empathy:
- Ability to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points.
- Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis.
- Passion for creating user-centered experiences.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Tech & Design Savvy:
- Basic understanding of web design principles and UX/UI best practices.
- Basic understanding of how web-based platforms and mobile applications work.
- Basic knowledge of using Microsoft office tools and Figma

Bonus Points:

Experience with Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain Ecosystem.
Portfolio showcasing diverse UX writing samples.
