Requirements

At Peeyade we have a tech team of 14 young, energetic, innovative and creative Engineer and designers. In the current year that we are operating within, we are working on 4 products at the same time. All of our projects are based on Javascript stack. (React.js, Node.js, MongoDB)

The team operates on a cross-functional operation system using the Agile-Scrum methodology. We have a complete flat hierarchy system within every team in Peeyade, including the Tech team. This system increased productivity, innovation, creativity and most important responsibility

Our team believes in the highest standards in things such as the way projects are managed and the technologies which we use in order to stay on top of trends and be able to use them whenever we see necessary

We currently need a Tech-Lead with 10+ years of experience to join our team in order to help the team pursue and achieve the team’s goals with the help of the individual’s expertise and knowledge

We require the candidate to be able to get his/her hands dirty whenever needed, and we require the person to be a part of the coding journey and to get deeply involved into the details of every single line of code

We would need the individual to be able to do setup/monitor our DevOps needs and duties

We would need the individual to be highly skilled at back-end development and to be fully familiar with languages such as: Javascript( Node.JS) and Python

We require the person to have prior knowledge with regards to search engines(Elasticstack), recommendation systems and customization algorithms

We require the person to be fully familiar with Big data, Data mining and sorting

The individual should be familiar with front-end technologies and operations and to code review their projects in order to stay on top of their daily operations. Our front-end technologies are as follows: Front web (React.js), Front iOS ( Swift), Front Android (Kotlin)
